Design Features: This building was designed a "John Deere Place". 

Aesthetically pleasing for John Deere memorabilia sales, but also functional for servicing the agricultural & lawn needs.  The Office area is split up into retail, sales offices, and parts counter / storage.  The shop is designed to support two 5 ton cranes that span 80'.  It is a center alley shop, with trench drains and partitioned wash bay.  The building has been designed to add on future bays.  The exterior signage and green band is built out of appolic reinforced material.
